Hermetic Sanctuary of Ma’at Charter

Know Ye that we, the Chiefs of the Second Order do herby constitute the Hermetic Sanctuary of Ma'at, therein into an international Internet-based Temple of the Golden Dawn, under the title Hermetic Sanctuary of Ma'at, whereby any member shall have access regardless of physical location or distance, and shall serve as the primary classroom for our Self Initiates, and do further, hereby appoint of the said Temple for such further time that such election shall be regulated and consistent to such By-laws of the said Order.

Be it known that

V.H. Frater L.A.O. - Cancellarius

hereby assume and take up their duties as Chiefs, and Rule the Temple in the Outer, and we further hereby empower the Temple Chiefs to grant grade certificate of completions, and to confer dispensations which qualifies therein any person Male or Female for physical Initiation who has been duly approved by the Chiefs of our order, and certified by us, at one of our duly regular constituted Temples of the Ordo Stella Matutina; and, further, to take special care, observe, perform, and endeavor always to protect the Rosicrucian Landmarks and to keep all the rules and orders contained in the Constitution and By-laws; and, furthermore, from time to time cause to be entered, in a book kept for that purpose.

Further,

We hereby empower the Temple Officers to elect, govern and to appoint Officers as required.
With full rights to establish and enact Temple Laws, Regulations and Rules..

We grant full unrestricted rights to establish Councils and Conclaves
For the benefit of new Fraters and Sorores as the Officers deem necessary.

Furthermore,

In accordance with the ancient principles established
Given under our Hands and Seal of the Ordo Stella Matutina

For which purpose this shall be sufficient Warrant.
